Haven’t posted in a long time. Mainly because I’ve been preparing for interviews and internships for the summer. I needed a break from 3D just to chill after a long year. Here is my first personal project of the year, it’s based on a concept by an artist called Matt Allsopp. I’ve done the most basic blockout to try and get it working in 3D space and working in my head. It obviously isnt perfectly to the concept, because the concept doesn’t work in ‘real’ life, so I’ve had to modify it. That’s why it doesn’t line up properly.

Half modelled an environment and had a play around with some lighting. Excuse the hideous texture (that I missed when checking textures) and the horrible attempt at depth of field. Just a quick photoshop adjustment, will be properly composting it in nuke.
